This could be you at Melia Caribe Tropical...

or this could be you....

or even this could be you...

How long should I plan to stay at the resort?

We (Ian and Tara) will be at the resort from Tuesday 5/27 through Sunday 6/1.  We would love for you to be there Thursday through Saturday so you can enjoy the welcome dinner on Thursday and the wedding ceremony/reception on Friday.  But feel free to make your stay as long as you want!!

One thing to keep in mind:  It tends to be less expensive to fly out of Punta Cana on Sunday or Monday versus Saturday.

FAQ: I'm a lady attending your wedding. Can I wear a white dress?

Answer:  No!  (just kidding...off white is fine)

FAQ: How many people are in your wedding party?

Answer:  We have ten special people standing up in our wedding.  That's probably too many for our small destination wedding, but who cares?

What will the weather be like in late May in Punta Cana?

HOT, a little humid, and sunny (fingers crossed).  It is generally around 86 degrees during the day and cools down just slightly at night.  The ocean breeze should keep you comfortable most of the time.

Think it over…

We realize attending a destination wedding can be a big time and money commitment and we will totally understand if you cannot make it.  But just think it over.

The resort is All Inclusive, Punta Cana is gorgeous, and it’s sure to be a ton of fun.

A formal invitation will follow.
